Spring fever!

Hello loveeeees.

Today it's cold and rainy where I live. What a bummer! I wanted to go running outside but looks like I will be stuck in my house. Or... I could go shopping :) okay it's official I'm going shopping. Only one problem...

All stores have their spring lines out and I want to replace my whole wardrobe when I see this because I love spring clothes!! I will just have to show some self control today and buy what I need instead of what I want until it gets warmer!

I feel like I haven't posted in forever! The past couple days have been kind of blah for me.. So I don't wanna bring you guys down! But, I'm over the hill of blahness and everything should be going good from here on out. Get ready for a lot of motivation this week!

P.S. I had some froyo last night and originally got strawberries and you hurt chips but I had to add a few more toppings. It was worth it for that Saturday night! :) now back to healthiness this week!

Too excited to type!!!

Ahhhhhhh! I've been biting my fingers allll day long because we find out if we made student council today! (I didn't really but my fingers... Haha) but anyways

I MADE IT!!!

Only 20/55 people that tried out made it and I was one of them lucky enough! So go ahead and enjoy a treat on me for this beautiful Friday :) I know I'm gonna!

It's a problem...

Do any of you guys have an addiction that's just too hard to say no to? A food? Ugh.. I'm usually pretty good about curbing my desires and channeling my energy somewhere else. But it's true.... I love Taco Bell. It's a shame.. If I have any cheat day that is where I go! And if you don't already know you may not want to read further...

Taco Bell came out with their new cool ranch Doritos taco yesterday!

Eeek! I said it! Everyone at school is talking about it and I'm dying to try one.. (Think about something else, Emily. Think about something else...)

So to curb this little monster growing inside of me, I'm thinking about going home and enjoying some carrots with peanut butter! Delicious! It may sound gross but it's soooo good! It has to be one of my favorite snacks.

I'm not saying it isn't okay to eat unhealthy sometimes! Heck you have to live a little!! But I'm feeling proud of myself for skipping out on this splurge. Y'all are my motivation!

A big thankyou!!

Good evening girlies! How did things go for you today? I had a pretty wonderful day! Except for that one APUSH test...

So I basically decided to study last night. (Props to me...) but, while I was studying I was also texting and listening to my new favorite band, Parachute! Go check them out! If you ever wanna study for a big test.. Don't try doing all of these things at once!

Otherwise my day was spectacular! I had a wholesome lunch today that kept me full until I got home and I feel very confident about it :) the best part of my day was honestly receiving feedback from my readers!! It makes me feel so good to know I'm not writing this for nothing.

Keep it levelheaded!

Hi y'all, how is your day going? It's only Monday which means we have a full week ahead of us! What are you gonna make of it? I know that I'm gonna try my best this week to make healthy decisions physically and emotionally! It's way better to keep a level head in situations! I figured that out the past two days when me and my boyfriend have had a rough patch! But, don't stress the small things! I'm the type that worries about everything. I'm going to try and keep calm and make better decisions emotionally in this way and eat a healthy diet and keep up with my running for physical benefits!

Do you guys worry about anything and everything?

Hi all! How is your Thursday night going? I've got to say that today was a pretty inspiring day for me! Lots came about!

What I decided:
To create a blog so others can be as motivated as I am!
To get back on track with my workout!
To make the best decisions about my body!


So basically, this is my first if many posts. I created this blog to keep everything in one spot and for others that feel the same as me to have a place to ask questions and read about everyday problems!
